Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff
Our family enjoyed a three-night stay where the staff made us feel welcome, assisting with all our queries. We loved the creamy Turkish yogurt at breakfast but found the restaurant a bit crowded in the evenings. A tip, visit breakfast a little earlier to avoid the rush!

Great proximity to the train station!
Our stay was marred by the cramped room. The lack of space made it difficult to move around, especially when trying to pack. Additionally, the bathroom felt overly tight, which was disappointing for a hotel of this supposed standard. I also noticed the furniture appeared quite dated, which didn't align with what I expected from a more upscale hotel. Even after my complaint, the process of switching rooms had some hiccups, and that dampened what could have been a smoother experience.

We had a wonderful time exploring the ABBA Museum during our stay! The hotel was in a prime location, making it easy to get around. Our cozy Standard Twin Room was clean, and we really enjoyed the hearty breakfast to start our days. Plus, having a waffle maker was a fun touch!
In my wife’s opinion, the bathrooms could be slightly bigger for families with children.

The room was surprisingly spacious for a single, featuring comfortable furnishings and ample seating areas. Cleanliness was on point, with fresh towels every day, and the breakfast was a standout, offering a versatile selection that included eclectic British dishes. However, the lack of air conditioning was a downside, which made the room a bit stuffy during warmer hours. The bathroom was compact and the water pressure in the shower was excellent, but the size of the room made it a bit challenging for bag storage.

Memorable Welcome for Swifties
The moment we arrived, our hearts soared. The front desk staff surprised us with a welcome sign filled with Taylor Swift song names, setting a joyful tone for our weekend.
Unfortunately, we faced a small hiccup with our room readiness. Arriving early, we had to wait longer than expected, and the check-in process wasn't as prompt as we had hoped.

missingWrote a review on May 31central locationimpressive breakfastsmall room
Proximity to the central train station is a major plus here. just a two-minute walk to catch the Arlanda Express. The breakfast spread is impressive, featuring everything from fresh food to an interactive pancake station that caught my eye.
Room sizes are smaller than typical North American standards, making it a bit cramped for two suitcases. The sound insulation isn't great, as I could hear noises from pipes and adjacent rooms—at times, it felt like I was on a ship. The furniture in the room felt a bit worn, lacking the charm you'd expect from a four-star establishment. Additionally, while breakfast offered good options, it felt a bit chaotic during peak hours, making it tough to snag a seat.
